1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of GhostLabs Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
GhostLabs provides digital infrastructure services including website design, business process automation, data analytics, technical consulting, and ongoing maintenance.
Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
- Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and generic reusable components.
5. Payment Terms
Project work requires a deposit. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 15 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
